main spindles and One 8 or 12 station tool turret controlled by Fanuc controller.

repeatability-flexbility of single spindle CNC lathe, optimum cost performance

2 Indexing Spindles With 6" and 8" chuck capability
Each spindle is alternately indexed to the machining and loading position.
At the end of cycle operation, the spindle magazine indexes 180 deg,. indexing
the spindle with a new part to a machining position and the spindle with
a finished part to the unloading/loading position.

Spindle Magazine Indexing by Curvic Coupling
520mm diameter precision Curvic Coupling is used to index the magazine drum. It insures reliable indexing and long life of indexing accuracy and repeatability.
Rugged Square guideways
The guideways are hand scraped, hardened and precision ground.
Options for Automatic run
An auto-loader (Robot) can be installed easily, because the spindle at
the loading position is outside the machine cover. Thus, it presents no
complicated interface
